Now, go to the SARPAS/DECEA website by clicking on the image to the side and register to become a pilot. An important tip: the photo on the document cannot have any cuts in the image, erasures, missing parts and also cannot have margins extending beyond the document; it must be cropped correctly.
Here are some extremely important documents that you need to know about. If possible, download them, read them and store them in an easily accessible place.
